HostWorks has designed and implemented a highly successful newsletter template that has enabled Centura Health to reach out to their vast audience of patients, care givers, staff and administrators on a regular basis while tracking performance and information dissemination. HostWorks provides the initial template look and feel, loaded the database and performed staff training to allow Centura independence in their newsletter development. The program was so successful that Centura Health asked HostWorks to develop this same tool for their numerous hospital branches throughout the Denver metro area.

In addition to developing a new site look and feel, and developing the subsequent 8,000 pages of content, HostWorks currently staff maintains the programming for and implementation of a robust product/event registration shopping cart solution which is tightly integrated into back office software for the Colorado Bar. HostWorks; software supports complex features such as the ability to set varying event price levels, the ability to register multiple users for an event in one transaction and more, all enabling the Bar to develop pricing structures and products to encourage association membership and maximize sales.

Tight integration with internally administrated software enables the Colorado Bar Association to manage products, personalized event registration emails, events and pricing levels visible on the website without having to use any new software. Furthermore, a tight integration with HostWorks’ content management system, SiteWorks ™, gives different levels of Colorado Bar staff the power to manage their entire web presence and expansion through SiteWorks.

Supporting seamless integration with existing accounting software and the simplicity of a single platform to manage website content provides the flexibility the Bar shopping cart needs. Delivery of accurate information and sales to Bar members and the public alike combined with ease of training and use make this web project a success.

HostWorks is pleased to have been asked to engage with the Girl Scouts of Colorado on a significant web site development, management and web hosting project to update the existing functionality of the www.GirlScoutsofColorado.org website. 

The website is a critical central source of information for all of the Girl Scouts chapters in the state of Colorado, providing support services and information to thousands of girl scouts, scout leaders, their family members and community volunteers.  The site also gives an excellent overview of Girl Scout history, events, membership information and community service.

HostWorks is pleased that Girl Scouts of Colorado is returning to its client portfolio and is delighted to be providing software enhancements to the original website that HostWorks developed for them a few years ago.  The new project will upgrade the Content Management System of the existing website to the latest version of HostWorks’ SiteWorks SM CSM tool.

For over eight years HostWorks has provided the highest level of managed web hosting, development and e-marketing services to the Colorado Depaertment of Revenue's Colorado Lottery.

HostWorks has partnered with and supported the growth of the Colorado Lottery through extensive management services; by implementing security and planned expansion of hosting capacity as the Lottery’s online marketing programs have grown, HostWorks has enabled the Lottery to provide continual information on Lottery programs, GOCO programs and payout information for both the Colorado Lottery and the popular multi-state Powerball.

Recently, HostWorks partnered with the Colorado Lottery to implement an innovative On-Line Second Chance Drawings program, which has been a hit with Lottery players and has driven an impressive gain in Site Visitors and Unique Site Visits.

Producing and controlling visual and operational unity to hundreds of franchises of Maui Wowi to support white-hot growth was critical to the long term success of this project for Maui Wowi. HostWorks developed a franchisee web site template with a pre-approved look and feel for franchisees to use. HostWorks also developed the system by which franchisees can set up, create and launch their corporately approved web sites with minimal input and maximum branding control. This template allowed franchisees to participate in corporately branded marketing tools and promote products and locations while using back end administrative tools to order and control inventory, contact the home office for support and plan and promote or participate in events.

HostWorks developed an internal Employee Development Center to track the career development of all world-wide technicians, which allowed T-Mobile to monitor and administer these training goals and advancements amongst their nationwide and regional offices.

HostWorks provides a broad suite of Internet products and services to CEdMA (Computer Education Managers Association). CEdMA, the premier organization for training executives, training managers, and training professionals on a management path within technology companies, selected from a suite of HostWorks’ proprietary software tools including document management and storage (DocuWorks), a customized database for membership management, an Online Membership registration system with automated screening processes, a Conference management and online conference/event registration, and Question and Answer (blog).
A Job postings board was also added. This site was a project of significant size and was coded, tested and launched on time and on budget. HostWorks is pleased to have provided the project management, systems and support to CEdMA.

HostWorks provided the original design, development and expansion for this world wide dog-training company’s site. Founded in Australia and based in Denver, Colorado, Bark Busters provides skilled dog training and links dog owners to trainers. Its humane programs have gained success and are highly regarded amongst animal advocates.

The site boasts lifetime support for those who use its techniques and trainers. The site was built to gather sales data, link trainers to clients and provides ecommerce functions to sell pet stain and pet training merchandise. The site also broadcasts RSS feeds, a radio show, book and video sales and much more. In addition to design, development and managing content changes, HostWorks also provides managed web hosting for Bark Busters.
